It is our most fervent hope and desire to generate highly accurate results, and that takes time.

If one of the categories below describes you, it increases the chances that your results may not be listed, or may be listed incorrectly:

• submitted an entry form with illegible penmanship
• failed to submit a date of birth on your entry form, or submitted an incorrect date of birth (you'd be surprised how many people were born in 2008)
• tore off your tear-tab before the race so you did not have it with you at the finish
• ran without your bib number
• ran with someone else's bib number
• switched chutes after finishing
• exited the chutes after the finish but before your tear-tab was removed
• ran with your number hidden under a layer of clothing, or on your back
• forgot your bib number and picked up a new number just prior to the race

We believe that we will be effective in sleuthing through the data we have to get things as close to correct as is possible, but, as mentioned above, this takes time.

That having been said, if you do see any errors in the results, please send me an e-mail with the information so that we can make a correction.  The more corrections we get by Thursday or Friday following the race, the more accurate will be the results in the News-Miner.
